Let me explore what’s going on in the business by looking at trends, doing drilldowns, and zooming in and out among months, quarters, and years.
1. From the Main Menu, click on the DataViewer icon

2. Click on the Comparanator icon to see how recent monthly values compare to the 12 month moving average:


3. Click Next
to see more graphs.
4. Click Home
to return to Data Viewer.
5. See the detail behind a number. Start with your curser on the cell you want the drilldown on:

Click Back
to go
back to the Data Viewer screen.
8. Click on the “Financial Indicators” tab, and select on an item of interest by clicking on a cell in that row.

Click Logic
to pull up the text that specifies
the calculations in the model.

10. Click home
to return to the Data Viewer screen.
11. Click on the “Quarters” button in the upper right to change the time periods.

12. Click on the Trends Icon
to view a graph of whatever row your
cursor is on.

13. Click Next to see more graphs.
14. Click Home
to return to Data Viewer.
15. Click on the “Year to Date” button in the upper right to change to yearly time periods.

16. Click on the Trends icon
to see graphs of your data.

17. Click Home
to return to Data Viewer.
18. Click Home again to get back to the Main Menu.
