Errors

 

Sometimes you might get an error message when loading data, like this one:

 

 

To correct import checks, it is a good idea to arm yourself with a print-out of the CSV files, and then compare sub-totals with values in the grid until you find something that doesn’t agree.  A common source of errors is the mistake of mapping a sub-total to an input row, or mapping an income item to an expense account.  Often, the dollar amount you are off in the check total will be the exact amount of a line item in the CSV file.

 

Click on the Row Map  icon to make corrections to your map file.  Press Save when you are done, or click on Next to save the row map file and load data.
