Option 2:  View a graph of “Actual vs. Budget”

1.  From the Main Menu, click on the DataViewer icon .

2.  RIGHT MOUSE CLICK on the the Comparantor Icon :

 

 

3.  Click “Actual vs. Budget vs, Last Year”

4.  Click OK.

5.  Click Next  to see another graph. 

6.  Click home to return to Data Viewer.

7.  Click home again to return to the Main Menu.
