Projections
How much cash will you have on hand in 6 months? Can you afford to hire a new sales rep? How much money will you make in 5 years if current trends continue?
Note: doing a projection for your own company takes a careful weighing of what might happen, and serious thought about what you are capable of doing. SurvivalWare provides a model and framework for doing these projections, but is no substitute for your judgment about the business.
Here’s what you can do to get a flavor for how SurvivalWare can ease the process.
1. From the Main Menu, click on the Projections icon

2. Click on a cell in the Assumptions tab.
3. Click on the Forecast icon

4. Select a forecast technique and click the Forecast button:
5. Click Trends 
to see a graph displaying the
results:
The blue bars are historical months, the green bars are projected months.
6. Repeat the above steps for other variables you’d like to forecast.
7. Click Home to return to the Projection module.
