Step 4:  Loading the data

If you have gone through the process of creating a row map file from start to finish, you do not need to complete this step.  However, if you are now attempting to load the next month’s data, proceed as follows.

 

From the SurvivalWare Main Menu, select the Load Data icon.  Then click on the browse buttons and select the balance sheet and profit & loss cvs files.  Click on the browse button and select the row map file you created for your company.  Then click on the Import Data icon:

 

 

 

This will trigger the load data process.  You will get a couple of messages indicating that the Loading of the Data went smoothly (or maybe, not so smoothly!):
